El Paso County citizens can now submit a code violation online through EDARP for unincorporated areas of the county.
“We respond when a complaint of alleged zoning or code violation is received,” said Mindy Madden, Code Enforcement Supervisor.
County staff does not go out looking for violations, but relies on citizens and neighbors to report violations.
To submit via EDARP, you will need the address and a description of the violation. You can also include photographs. Submission can include your contact information or you can submit anonymously. Submit violations here: https://epcdevplanreview.com

As a reminder, incorporated areas such as Colorado Springs, Monument, and Manitou Springs are not under the county’s code enforcement jurisdiction. Please contact the appropriate city in regard to violations in those areas.
