Land Development Code Amendments Not Yet Codified

The below amendments to the Land Development Code were approved by the Board of County Commissioners on June 23, 2026:

• Land Development Code, Chapters 6.3.3 and 6.3.4 (Clean Version)
• Land Development Code, Chapters 6.3.3 and 6.3.4 (Redlines)
• Appendix E, Wildfire Resiliency Code
