On February 26, 2026, Planning and Community Development received two rezoning applications for Parcel No. 61150-11-001.

  • Rezone application File No. P261 is a request to rezone a portion of land to RM-12 (Residential Multi-Dwelling). The proposed zoning district allows up to 12 dwelling units per acre if approved.
  • Rezone application File No. P262 is a request to rezone a portion of land to RM-30(Residential Multi-Dwelling). The proposed zoning district allows up to 30 dwelling units per acre if approved.

Both rezoning applications are under review and have not been scheduled for a public hearing. Once the items are scheduled for a hearing, a notice to adjacent property owners will be sent out by Planning and Community Development. Public comments may be submitted directly online by clicking on “Submit/View Public Comment” under each project.
