Planning and Community Development has received two independent rezoning applications for Parcel No. 6115011001 located at the southeast corner of Highway 83 and Walker Road.
- Rezone from RR-5 (Residential Rural) to RS-5000 (Residential Suburban) File No. P2611.
- Rezone from RR-5 (Residential Rural) to RM-12 (Residential Multi-Family) File No. P2612.
